My name is Richard Crothers, and I am the director of the company's international division.\n<br><br>\nBreneka Real Estate Solutions International has been working in the areas of lease-to-own and buyback, including mortgage rescue, since 2013. They have helped over a hundred clients to buy or keep their homes through their lease-to-own program. After many steps with international immigration, obtaining work permits and student visas, preparing our budget, etc., the most important question remaining was: where were we going to stay?<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Finding housing for 6 children and 2 dogs was already difficult, but the requirement for a 35% down payment to buy a house was impossible for us. We were stuck until we found a company that offered a lease-to-own solution. After working with several companies, we were finally referred to Breneka Real Estate Solutions International by a mortgage broker.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>At first, Breneka Real Estate Solutions International was hesitant to help us because our situation was sensitive. Leaving France and moving to Quebec with 6 children and 2 dogs was a significant decision, and they wanted to avoid the worst-case scenario&#8230; Evicting a family with 6 children in case of default on monthly payments.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>However, after showing the strengths of our file, our budget, and our plan, they understood that we were serious and prepared for our arrival in Quebec. They bought us the house of our dreams with 7 bedrooms, a large living room, 3 bathrooms, 1 office, 1 laundry room, a large living room in the basement, a fenced yard, and a large parking lot.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Thanks to the house purchased by Breneka Real Estate Solutions Intertnational, the whole family now benefits from personal space. We were lucky enough to move into the house of our choice shortly after our arrival in Montreal. Although we are occupants with an option to purchase, the house is reserved for us, and we plan to buy it as soon as our financing application is approved, and the moratorium is lifted.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>I enjoyed my experience with this company so much that I offered to help them open the international division to facilitate the immigration of more families to Quebec safely.
